Terms & Conditions for Customised Tape Orders

  • All printing is done using Flexographic printing, which differs from photographic printing. As such, the final print may vary slightly in appearance from the submitted artwork. 

  • The initial design you provide online is not the final design. Our graphic designer will rework and refine your design, then send you a proof for approval before proceeding with production. 

  • Each order includes 2 FREE revisions. These revisions cover simple changes such as colour adjustments, font changes, resizing, repositioning, or adding/removing information. 

  • Cancellation fees apply if the job is cancelled after graphic design work has commenced (e.g., logo conversion or revisions). 

  • Artwork plates are valid for 36 months. After this period, new plates will be required. 

  • Upon completion and delivery of your order, Omni Group may use the approved design in their marketing materials (including social media, case studies, and newsletters). If you wish to opt out, please email marketing@omnigroup.com.au. 

 
Additional services: 

  • Your artwork should match the number of print colours you have selected. If it includes more colours than allowed, our designer will revise it to fit your chosen print colours, and a final proof will be sent to you for approval before production.

    Logo conversion, if required, is charged at an additional $100 per hour (minimum 1 hour) invoiced separately.

  • Fully editable vector file with copyright ownership: $250. 

 

Lead Time: 

  • Standard dispatch: 8–10 business days from payment and artwork approval. 

  • Express dispatch: 3–5 business days from payment and artwork approval (Express Production fee: $300). 

 

Shipping Costs: 

  • 1 carton (CTN): $30 

  • 2 cartons (CTN): $50 

  • 5 cartons (CTN): $80 


Art Plate Cost:
 

  • $100 one-time cost

Refund Policy: 

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. If you receive a product that you believe is significantly not as described, please contact us. After discussing the issue with us, we will, at our discretion, refund your money after the return of the product/s. It will be your responsibility to return the item/s back to our address (at your cost, unless we are at, and have acknowledged fault) in their original condition before a refund will be issued. Any item that we intentionally sell damaged will be clearly marked as such. Please note that Omni Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any goods returned with no exchange.
