Printed tape can be customised to various widths to suit different applications. This ranges from 36mm to 72mm. For carton sealing applications, 48mm wide tape is the standard width. These rolls will fit on a regular tape dispenser gun and is the most popular size available.  

The type of material determines how many colours can be printed onto the tape: 

• 4 colours can be printed on barrier, gummed, packaging, paper, and machine tapes. 
• 3 colours plus a background flood coat.
• 3 colours maximum on perforated tape.

Additionally, we can match your brand colours with accuracy for brand consistency.  

After checkout, our dedicated Prepress team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a digital proof of your custom tape to your email within 24 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send an email to marketing@omnigroup.com.au Prepress team and they'll be happy to help with finalising your design for printing.

Our dedicated in-house Prepress team will review your custom tape artwork and color for any technical concerns (artwork resolution, blurriness, splits, thin lines, and bleeds) and if found, will note them for your attention in the proof. If you're unsure of how to fix any printing concerns that are noted, our Prepress representatives are happy to help you through the process.

Production times can vary based on the order size and customisation level. We provide an estimated lead-time once the design proof is approved. Our standard lead time is 8-10 business days for new and repeat printed tape orders. We also offer express printing options which is 3-5 working days once payment is made and artwork approved.
